1.30.010 Change in classification.

(1) Upon the effective date of the ordinance codified in this section, the town of Electric City shall become the city of Electric City, a non-charter code city.
(2) The city of Electric City shall continue to be a mayor-council form of government with a five-member council.
(3) All ordinances and resolutions of the town of Electric City shall remain in full force and effect. (Ord. 377 § 3, 2006)
