It shall be unlawful to play any games upon any street, alley or sidewalk, or other public place, where such games cause noise that can be heard at a distance of 30 feet from the street, alley or sidewalk, or other public place, interfere with traffic or pedestrians, or endanger the safety of other persons using the sidewalk when games are being played. All parts, toys, tools, etc., shall be removed from the street, alley, sidewalk or other public place if so directed by the police, mayor, or council person. (Ord. 364 § 46, 2005; Ord. 64 § 15, 1961)
