Users of sub-surface street space shall maintain accurate drawings, plans, and profiles showing the location and character of all underground structures including abandoned installations. Corrected maps shall be filed with the public works director within 60 days after new installations, changes or replacements are made. Such surety bond as required in ECMC 12.15.060 shall be maintained until as-built drawings are submitted to the city. (Ord. 530 § 2, 2018)
