12.20.030 Permit required – Paving of parking lot – Fee.

No person shall pave any parking lot within the city without first procuring a permit therefor from the city council. The city shall charge a fee for each such permit in the amount of $15.00 per permit. (Ord. 456 § 1, 2012; Ord. 279 § 12.52.025, 1990)
