Pursuant to the requirements and authority of RCW 47.50.030, there are hereby adopted by reference the provisions of Chapters 468-51 and 468-52 WAC, as now adopted or hereafter amended, in order to implement the requirements of RCW 47.50.030. (Ord. 397 § 1, 2007)
