All cross connections and backflow prevention assemblies and devices shall conform with the Uniform Plumbing Code, 1994 Edition, or latest edition, and as hereafter amended, and the state of Washington, Board of Health, Drinking Water Regulations, WAC 246-290-490, and said codes are hereby adopted by reference as if set forth in full herein.
