13.15.120 Service outside city limits.

(1) Policy. It shall be the policy of the city of Electric City that sewer services shall not be provided by the city to locations beyond Electric City limits.
(2) Exception to Policy. Variance or exception to the general policy of the city for provision of sewer services may be granted upon application to the city and approval of the city council. The city may provide sewer services outside the city limits in the following situations:
(a) The applicant is an owner or occupant of a single-family dwelling at the site to which sewer service is to be granted.
(b) Applicant must be within urban growth boundary (U.G.A.). (Ord. 524 § 1, 2017)
