Should a user believe that they have been incorrectly assigned to particular user class or incorrectly assigned a wastewater volume, or a number of ERUs, that user may apply for a review of their user charge. A request shall presented to the city clerk in writing stating all the pertinent facts and information. The mayor shall review the information and shall make a determination to revise or retain the user’s current charge based on those findings. The city clerk shall notify the user in writing of their decision. (Ord. 523 § 1, 2017)
