An owner of a property that is unoccupied, abandoned, or without a facility or residence for more than one year may request a “temporary or unoccupied sewer rate” as set forth in ECMC 13.20.090 by applying in writing to the city as long as all other utility services have been discontinued for the same duration to the property.

An owner of a property may request a “temporary or unoccupied sewer rate” set forth in ECMC 13.20.090 following an application in writing to discontinue all other utility services for a period longer than 90 days. Such same rate shall apply to any property identified as having a sewer connection so long as the connection to the sewer system continues without any other active utility service to the property.

An owner of a nonconforming mobile home park may apply in writing to the city for a temporary reduced sewer rate if a mobile home or RV in any lot space is removed for periods exceeding 90 days as set forth in ECMC 13.20.090. (Ord. 523 § 1, 2017)
