The revenues thus deposited in the water and sewer fund shall be used exclusively for the operation, maintenance, and repair of the water and sewerage system, reasonable administration cost, expenses of collection of charges imposed by this chapter and connection fees provided for in this chapter and other ordinances as adopted, and payment of the principal and interest on any debts of the sewage system of the city.
