In the event that the short plat includes a dedication of streets, rights-of-way, parks, playgrounds, easements, reservations, irrigation water rights-of-way, or any area to be dedicated to public use, the plat administrator shall forward the instrument of dedication together with any restrictions of limitations thereon to the planning commission for approval. The planning commission shall approve the instrument of dedication prior to any short plat approval by the plat administrator. (Ord. 393 § 1, 2007)
