When the plat administrator determines that the completed subdivision application and preliminary plat is acceptable, the plat administrator shall set a date for a public hearing before the planning commission. The planning commission shall conduct an open record hearing on the preliminary plat as provided in this code. (Ord. 393 § 1, 2007)
