(1) Upon receipt of all required final fees the binding site plan shall be signed by the mayor.

(2) The plat administrator shall transmit the original Mylar to the county auditor for final filing. One reproducible copy shall be forwarded with the original to be confirmed and returned to the mayor for his records. One paper copy shall be filed with the county assessor.

(3) Any record of survey filed as a binding site plan which does not bear the approval of the mayor is not a valid binding site plan and shall not confer any rights or privileges upon the property or its owners. (Ord. 393 § 1, 2007)
