(1) Land that is unsuitable for subdivision as provided in the critical areas ordinance shall not be subdivided, unless adequate corrective methods are provided by the proponent and approved by the city engineer.

(2) The proposed subdivision shall meet the requirements that are provided by the community street and utility standards, ordinances, resolutions, and comprehensive plans. (Ord. 411 § 1, 2008)
