17.33.010 Procedure for installing improvements.
(1) All improvements shall be installed per community street and utility standards that are current at the time of plat application. The community street and utility standards are available for review or purchase at the City Hall. Comprehensive layout plans for municipal streets and utilities are also available for review at the City Hall, which may be used by the applicant as a guide in preparing preliminary plats and construction plans.
(2) When any improvement or infrastructure required of any development has been deferred and a subsequent application for a preliminary plat, binding site plan or building permit has been received which makes use of that deferred improvement or infrastructure, in that case the city staff shall call for the installation or completion of the deferred improvement or infrastructure.
