Any person aggrieved by the decision of the plat administrator to approve or disapprove a proposed boundary line adjustment may appeal the decision as provided in this code. Upon receipt of the appeal, appeal fee and costs as established by the city, the appeal shall be processed as provided in this code. (Ord. 393 § 1, 2007)
