(1) Authority. The mayor is responsible for the administration of ECMC Titles 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, and 18 and associated RCWs and WACs.

(2) Administrative Interpretation. Upon request or as determined necessary, the mayor shall interpret the meaning or application of the provisions of said titles and issue a written administrative interpretation within 30 days. Requests for interpretation shall be written and shall concisely identify the issue and desired interpretation.

(3) Administrative Decisions. The mayor is responsible for issuing administrative decisions as set forth in ECMC 19.09.030 and 19.09.040. (Ord. 462 § 1, 2012; Ord. 436 § 1, 2010)
