The purpose of this chapter is to ensure compliance, abate noncompliance and punish violations of applicable titles of this code, including without limitation ECMC Titles 14 through 18. The provisions of this chapter may also be used to supplement enforcement actions described within this code, and shall be applied and interpreted to accomplish this purpose. (Ord. 436 § 1, 2010)
