(1) The city council of the city of Electric City shall meet once a month.

(2) The city council shall meet on the second Tuesday of each and every month at the hour of 6:00 p.m. When a meeting day is a holiday, the regular meeting shall be held on the next day at the same hour unless otherwise provided by motion.
