2.40.020 Appointment and duties of director.

(1) The mayor, or his/her designee, shall appoint the public works director and the public works director will report to the mayor.
(2) The public works director shall be responsible to the mayor for the administration and field supervision within the public works department. (Ord. 403 § 1, 2008)
