3.71.030 Expenditures.
This section is included in your selections.
The Delano Transfer Station fund shall be used for the following purposes:
(1) To pay costs related to the operation and maintenance of the transfer station.
(2) Any other transfer station purpose.
(3) Any other lawful public purpose. (Ord. 452 § 1, 2012)
