The Delano Transfer Station post-closure fund shall be funded by moneys received pursuant to the current interlocal cooperative agreement between the cities of Grand Coulee and Electric City and the towns of Coulee Dam and Elmer City, Washington, for management of solid waste as now or hereafter amended.
