Any revenue collected from such tax shall be used primarily by the city of Electric City for the purpose of the enforcement of the provisions of Chapter 9.46 RCW, the rules and regulations of the Washington State Gambling Commission, and this chapter. (Ord. 456 § 1, 2012; Ord. 203 § 20, 1980)
