(1) The owner of any dog found to be a potentially dangerous dog or dangerous dog under this chapter shall be assessed all actual service costs expended under ECMC 6.08.090.

(2) The owner of any dog found to be a potentially dangerous dog or dangerous dog under this chapter shall be assessed all costs of confinement for any dog impounded pursuant to a violation of ECMC 6.08.120.

(3) The owner of any dog found to be a potentially dangerous dog or dangerous dog under this chapter shall be assessed all costs of destruction expended for any dog impounded and not reclaimed under Chapter 6.06 ECMC. (Ord. 547 § 1, 2019)
