Any person violating any of the provisions or failing to comply with any of the requirements of this chapter is declared to have created a public nuisance and shall be subject to administrative enforcement pursuant to Chapters 1.25 and 8.26 ECMC. Penalties for violations may include revocation of the licenses granted in this chapter. Upon revocation of any license, no portion of the license fee shall be returned to the licensee. Additionally, any licensee who has had his or her chicken license revoked shall remove any chickens and any coop structures from his or her property within 14 days of the effective date of the revocation.
