A customer may request voluntary discontinuance of garbage collection service during periods for a minimum of one month that the premises are vacant. A cart system rental or pickup and stop charge may apply. However, if a cart is lost or stolen the customer will be required to pay replacement cost to the contractor as set forth in the schedule of charges. (Ord. 358 § 16, 2003)
