8.12.060 Dates and times consumer fireworks may be discharged.
This section is included in your selections.
No consumer fireworks may be used or discharged within the city except for the following dates and times each year:
(1) Between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. on July 3rd;
(2) Between 9:00 a.m. and midnight on July 4th;
(3) Between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. on December 30th;
(4) Between 9:00 a.m. and midnight on December 31st. (Ord. 582 § 1, 2021)
