Any person violating the provisions of this chapter, or who shall create, keep, kindle, or maintain any rubbish or trash fire as defined in this chapter, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable as set forth in Chapter 1.15 ECMC.
