The code enforcement officer, to be designated by the mayor, having determined that a public nuisance exists, shall issue a notice of violation and order to correct or cease activity as provided in Chapter 1.25 ECMC. (Ord. 389 § 1, 2007; Ord. 373 § 1, 2006)
