Any person who knowingly obstructs, impedes, or interferes with the city or its agents, or with a person responsible for a violation, any of whom are engaged in performing duties imposed by this chapter, shall be guilty of a civil violation punishable by a fine of up to $5,000. (Ord. 529 § 1, 2018)
