The hearing provided for in ECMC 15.25.070 shall be conducted by the building official at the time and place provided for in the complaint, or at such time or place to which the hearing is adjourned or continued. The rules of evidence prevailing in courts of law or equity shall not be controlling in hearings before the building official. (Ord. 594 § 1, 2022)
