18.49.020 Applicability.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) Site plan review and approval shall be required prior to issuance of a building permit when provided under this chapter.
(2) Site plan review and approval shall be required for all new nonresidential uses and for any multifamily residential development of three or more units. (Ord. 427 § 1, 2010)
