The provisions of this chapter shall also apply to nonconforming uses in districts hereafter changed or established and any time limit for the suspension of a nonconforming use of land shall date from the date of the enactment of the ordinance codified in this title or any amendment of district boundaries or amendment or adoption of zoning ordinances.
