19.03.040 Planning commission.
This section is included in your selections.
The planning commission shall review and make recommendations on the following issues:
(1) Amendments to the comprehensive plan;
(2) Amendments to the subdivision code, ECMC Title 17;
(3) Amendments to the zoning code, ECMC Title 18, including changes to the official zoning map, which are of general applicability; and
