19.13.060 Notice of violation and order to correct or cease activity.

Upon the enforcing official’s determination that one or more violations have been committed, the enforcing official shall issue a notice of violation and order to correct or cease activity.
(1) The notice of violation and order to correct or cease activity shall conform to the requirements of ECMC 1.20.050.
(2) The notice of violation and order to correct or cease activity shall be served as provided in ECMC 1.20.050.
(3) The appeal of a notice of violation and order to correct or cease activity shall be filed as provided in ECMC 1.20.050. (Ord. 436 § 1, 2010)
