Every member of the fire department of the city of Electric City is hereby required to pay such fees as are required to conform to Chapter 41.24 RCW, as now or hereafter enacted by the Legislature of the State of Washington, at such time as they are demanded by the city of Electric City in order for said chapter to be complied with in all regards.
