Reimbursement areas for street improvements are limited to the benefitted properties within the corporate limits of the city of Electric City. Reimbursement areas for utility improvements are limited to benefitted properties within the corporate limits; and to benefitted properties outside the corporate limits, but within 10 miles from the corporate limits.
