Every person or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to have committed a civil infraction and shall be subject to a penalty as set forth in Chapter 1.15 ECMC. Each violation shall constitute a separate violation. Each day a violation exists constitutes a separate violation of this chapter. (Ord. 358 § 26, 2003)
