Where it is necessary for an owner to remove existing street pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, or graveled streets to install/replace/maintain or repair sewer service lines, and after such sewer service line is properly installed/replaced or repaired according to the Electric City street and utility standards, the city shall inspect the installation or repair and return the street pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk or graveled streets back to the original or better condition in accordance with the specifications in the Electric City street and utility standards. Planned developments, binding site plans and subdivisions are subject to the provisions set forth in ECMC Titles 17 and 18. (Ord. 524 § 1, 2017)
