The plat administrator shall give notice of the time, location, and purpose of the public hearing as provided in this code.

Notice shall be sent to the Grant County planning department and to the State Department of Highways respectively if the subdivision is adjacent to municipal boundaries or if the subdivision is adjacent to a state highway. (Ord. 393 § 1, 2007)
