(1) Prior to the issuance of any building permit for construction within an approved binding site plan, that portion of the binding site plan for which the building permit is requested must be legally described and receive a certificate of segregation from the plat administrator. Said certificate shall ensure the segregation of construction complements the approved binding site plan.

(2) Approval of the binding site plan shall constitute approval for the binding site plan applicant to develop construction plans and specifications for all on-site street utility improvements. (Ord. 393 § 1, 2007)
