If any car, truck, or other vehicle is driven over the hose belonging to the fire department of the city of Electric City laid in the street at the occurrence of any fire or firefighters’ drill, or at any other time in the city, or at any alarm of fire, the owner, driver or drivers of such vehicles shall be guilty of a civil infraction, and shall be subject to the penalties set forth in Chapter 1.15 ECMC.
