If any car, truck, or other vehicle, or any animal, structure or obstruction, is put, placed or driven and left standing in the street in front of the entrance of any fire station or fire building in the city of Electric City at any time, the driver or drivers, person or persons so driving or placing the same shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to the penalties set forth in Chapter 1.15 ECMC.
