It shall be unlawful to discharge anywhere within the city limits any of the following fireworks, notwithstanding the inclusion of any of such fireworks within the definition of “common fireworks” as defined by Chapter 70.77 RCW and regulations issued by the State Fire Marshal: those listed in WAC 212-17-035(2)(a) through (c), Aerial device, and in WAC 212-17-035(3), Combination items, and aerial (flying) bees.
